Phil & Teds E3 doubles kit and raincover ?

I have a green Phil & Teds buggy, it has the doubles seat which can be fitted to the front or back of the buggy and I also have the doubles rain cover. This buggy does need a very good clean but works perfectly fine. It has a little tear on the foam handle.
